More about the event:
The Symposium will focus on the theme of governance in family business. Researchers and family business practitioners will come together to share their research and insights, and to explore new avenues for research in 2022 and beyond. In particular, the event will cover the following central themes and questions:
• Business Family governance - the family-business relationship
• Governance in the context of ESG
• Corporate governance in family firms
• ‘Hot topics’ in family business research in 2022
• Recent and current activity of the IFB Research Foundation
The programme of the Symposium will be circulated in the weeks running up to the event. For those attending in person, more information on how to plan your journey to Loughborough's Stratford campus can be found here.
The Symposium builds on the successful virtual family business event held last year in partnership with Lancaster University Management School which focused on the twin themes of social impact and Covid-19 (see here for the presentations).
