Wee Science is a team of child development researchers and students based in the Department of Psychology at Edinburgh University. We're a brand new group, with a brand new facility that allows us to study the way that children think and learn. We study children from birth up until the teenage years. Our team has expertise in language, thinking and reasoning, mathematics, and developmental disabil
ities such as autism. We need volunteer child scientists to help us learn more! A visit to Wee Science typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Kids and babies have fun playing games that provide us with the insight needed to develop a better understanding of this fascinating stage in life. We study children of all ages, so if you and your family are interested, please get in touch: We can tell you more about what we do, and let you know when we have a study suited to your little ones. Just send us an email, or contact us through Facebook! (We've also put a list of Frequently Asked Questions on the front of the page.)
