⭐Due to recently awarded frameworks and increase in general workload we are recruiting Surfacing Operatives NOW.
Surfacing Operatives Job Role:
• Operating mobile plant including 3CX, paver, roller, excavator, and dumper
• General labouring and housekeeping duties
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health and Safety
• Observe and comply with all good working practices
QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication and people skills
• Good time management skills
• Be hard working and conscientious with the ability to motivate
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Show good initiative and enthusiasm
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team without constant supervision
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
• Good concentration
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Be physically fit, as the work can involve lifting and carrying
