On Friday 19th September we had the pleasure of investing Bro Richard Ilsley into the WM’s chair at the Wi******er Masonic Centre.
Richard is the first initiate of 9939 to reach the chair after our consecration, and is a dedicated freemason and motorcyclist and will be an excellent WM.
Great news on the membership front also in that we have two initiates and one joining member proposed.
Brethren, we are a peripatetic lodge and visit around the Province over the spring and summer months when the weather is better and it’s a quieter Masonic period. So please, all our biking brethren, please consider our April 2026 meeting which will be an initiation. I can promise you a relaxed friendly welcome and lots of biking related chat. You can be on 2, 3 or more wheels
Dress code is relaxed due to luggage constraints as long as the basics are observed. Please contact me for more information if required.

We had the honour of an official visit by APGM Duncan Lilley on Saturday 17th July at the Fareham Centre, who addressed the lodge and gratefully received a £1000 donation to the 2027 Festival appeal.
During the ‘triumph’ of a meeting we initiated Bro Jonathan Stainton-Burrell who conducted himself exceptionally, and will be a major asset to the lodge.
A very good and vibrant festive board was enjoyed by all, so great thanks to the centre team and catering staff.
Our next meeting is at the Wi******er Centre on September 19th close tyled at 18.30, and will be the installation of Bro Richard Ilsley one of our very first initiates and first non past master placed in the 9939 chair, which we are very much looking forward to. Why not come and enjoy our meeting with us? We offer good ceremonial with a touch of brevity so you will not be late home.
Please message us if you would like a copy summons or put on our mailing list?
Wishing you all a relaxing and peaceful summer.
