Recently, our Hospitality & Catering students took part in a Dragon’s Den-style product development challenge, putting their creativity, teamwork and business skills to the test! 🍽️
Working in teams, students developed their own unique cheesecake concepts as part of a business venture project before pitching their ideas to a panel. From Pistachio & Milk Chocolate and Raspberry & White Chocolate, to Mint Aero, Mango, Fruits of the Forest, Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Banoffee Pie and Crunchie, they showcased fantastic creativity, presentation skills and confidence throughout the challenge 👏
