Our gym has everything you need for a great workout, including a dedicated stretching and warm-up area, treadmills, stair masters and cross trainers, resistance machines and cable pulleys, free weights, kettlebells, and two .wellness Olympic lifting platforms.

Whether you’re hitting a chest press, smashing a leg day, or working on your Olympic lifts, we’ve got you covered.

Huge congratulations to Glasgow Uni Athletics Club (GUAC) and UofG Sports Bursars Amy Kennedy, Isla Raeburn, and Catriona Scott, who competed in the Heptathlon at the scottishathletics National Combined Events Championships over the weekend.

Amy claimed gold with a fantastic 1st place finish, closely followed by Isla with another outstanding performance. Meanwhile, Catriona delivered an incredible competition, achieving PBs in all seven events!

A brilliant effort from all three athletes and a fantastic achievement to be proud of!

What a season for Team UofG!

We’re buzzing to celebrate Glasgow’s highest-ever League finish, climbing to an incredible 14th place overall. Our previous best was 22nd, making this a huge achievement for the entire club sport community.

This success reflects the hard work, dedication and team spirit shown by every athlete, club and team representing Team UofG throughout the season. To everyone who pulled on the black and yellow, thank you. We couldn’t be prouder. 💛🖤

A special shout-out to some standout performances:

🏉 Men’s Rugby 1st Team – 4th place, BUCS Men’s Premier North
🎾 Men’s Tennis 1st Team – 5th place, BUCS Men’s Premier North
🏆 Men’s Handball – BUCS National Trophy Winners
🏆 Men’s Lacrosse – BUCS National Trophy Winners
🥇 Scottish National League Champions – Men’s Water Polo, Women’s Fencing, Men’s Lacrosse & Netball
🥇 National individual champions across Dry Slope Ski, Canoe, Judo, Weightlifting and Athletics

This has been a season to remember, and we’re already excited to do it all again in 2026/27. Bring it on!
