RCS Scenic ART A place to share the Scenic Art of the Production Arts and Design students of the RCS You will discover how we make the work and also how it looks on stage.

This space is designed to showcase the work of the Scenic Art Department of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Our work is made in collaboration with the other Production Arts and Design students; including Construction, Props and Costume. And when not involved in a stage productions personal projects augment and hone drawing, painting skills. If you find yourself wanting to “do something creati

ve” with your career and are struggling to decide which route is for you have a look at our 3 year degree in Scenic Art. There are 4 students per year group and graduates currently enjoy excellent rates of employability. Destination employment ranges from Theatre, Film, Opera, TV, Musical Theatre, Theme Parks, Exhibitions and Conferences, Restoration and more. The course is heavily practical, using industry standards of best practise to allow you to learn and grow in a supported safe environment.
