Gloucestershire College is a modern, career-focused college of further and higher education, with three main campuses based in Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Forest of Dean. We're hiring: Trainee Specialist Assessor

Ready to help students unlock their full potential?

This is your opportunity to join Gloucestershire College's Inclusion team, assessing students' additional learning needs and recommending the exam access arrangements that help them succeed.

As our Trainee Specialist Assessor, you will carry out one-to-one learner assessments, manage a caseload with care and attention to detail, and work closely with colleagues, parents/carers and external agencies, all while training towards your Level 7 Specialist Assessor qualification, fully funded with one paid study day a week.

Why join us? You'll be part of a caring, experienced team working across our Cheltenham, Gloucester and Cinderford campuses, in a role where the support you give students makes a real difference every day. Salary: £24,971.43 – £26,159.48 (rising to £31,501.13 post-qualification, FTE).
