Whatever your favourite style, our course will enable you to develop and progress within all areas of performing, preparing you for the industry and allowing you to progress to the next stages of further training/higher education. Class of 2026…The results are in!

Just when we thought we surely couldn’t do it again for an 11th time our incredible Class of 2026 have done it. They have achieved a full house of DISTINCTIONs & DISTINCTION*.

A TRIPLE DISTINCTION* is the highest possible grade, equal to three A*s at A Level. This is an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects the hard work, dedication and talent of our brilliant students and places them in the top 9.7% nationally.

ISTD DANCE TEACHER TRAINING

We are proud to be a Performing Arts college in East Anglia that is an ISTD Approved Dance Centre. We are delighted to offer ISTD teaching qualifications in Ballet, Tap & Modern Theatre Dance.

The Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) Qualification Accreditation Number is 603/3094/6

Gain a Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education (DDE) delivered through DPA - join us on a part-time basis to broaden your existing professional qualifications, or complete individual ISTD units. The DDE is an internationally-recognised qualification and a key step on the journey to a career in teaching Dance

Contact us and take the next step towards your career in Dance.

Student teachers need to be 17 years of age in the academic year of DDE enrolment and 18 years of age to undertake the DDE teaching practice.
