This wellbeing Wednesday we are encouraging expressing creativity as a form of self-care.

Expressing emotions through a creative outlet provides an emotional release. This can help with emotional regulation and stress release.

There are many ways to be creative at uni. try taking a break from notes to doodle, try learning to crochet or making up a dance routine. There is no wrong way to express your artistic side!
