What a gorgeous day at Lakeside

Sunshine, calm water and plenty going on. Worcester Rowing Club joined us for a brilliant stand‑up paddleboarding session, while our Foundation Degree in Early Years department mixed bushcraft skills with some relaxed SUP time of their own.

A proper summer day with teamwork, smiles and everyone making the most of the outdoors.

A fantastic day at Worcester Lakeside Campus! 🌊☀️
This morning, we welcomed our Men's Cricket students, who took on a series of team challenges before getting out on the water for some stand up paddleboarding.
In the afternoon, it was the turn of our Women's Basketball Scholars, who also embraced the team challenges and finished the day with stand up paddleboarding.
Great to see so much teamwork, determination, and fun on display throughout the day! 👏

The University of Worcester Women’s football, Wheelchair Basketball, and Men’s Basketball teams have braved the windy weather today to come and join us for some team building and paddle-boarding. They got stuck in and gave it their all, solving problems and taking part in paddle-board basketball. What a lovely day.

What a fantastic day here at Worcester Lakeside Campus! ☀️

Today we welcomed the University of Worcester Cricket Team, who took on stand up paddle boarding and a series of team challenges, showing great teamwork and plenty of competitive spirit.

We also hosted Allied Health Services students, who got involved in canoeing, bushcraft, climbing, and Nightline activities. It was great to see everyone challenging themselves, developing new skills, and enjoying the outdoors.

A huge welcome to our Clinical Skills team and our Rugby & Netball squads kicking off the new season.

They threw themselves into team challenges, raft building, stand‑up paddle boarding and kayaking. Brilliant teamwork, big energy, and a cracking start to the term.

Today marks the end of our Summer Holiday Club! ☀️

We finished on a high with an action-packed day of stand up paddleboarding, climbing, and bushcraft.

A huge thank you to all the children who joined us over the summer and made it such a fun, memorable experience. We've loved seeing everyone build confidence, learn new skills, make new friends, and create lasting memories.

We hope you've had as much fun as we have, and we look forward to seeing you again soon! 💚

The penultimate day of Lakeside Holiday Club and we are so sad that it’s coming to an end. We were smiling all day despite the weather, providing first aid workshops, bushcraft sessions and team building activities for attendees.
As well as this, we’ve been getting up close and personal with the local wildlife, with a visit from a friendly bird to finish off the day.

What a lovely day we've had here at Worcester Lakeside Campus!
The children enjoyed an action-packed day taking part in archery, climbing, and stand up paddleboarding. 🏹🧗‍♂️🏄
Our Mini Zip was back in action, giving many children the chance to take on the challenge for the first time this summer. 🎉
We were also delighted to welcome Gaby, who delivered a fantastic circus skills session. The children had great fun learning new tricks and developing their coordination and creativity. 🎪🤹

A great Tuesday here at Worcester Lakeside Campus! 🌟
The children had an amazing day taking part in bushcraft, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, climbing, and the Leap of Faith.
Plenty of smiles, teamwork, and adventure were on display as everyone challenged themselves and had lots of fun.

🌟 A fantastic start to the final week of Holiday Club at Worcester Lakeside Campus! 🌟
Today, the children enjoyed canoeing, climbing, and team-building activities, alongside a visit from the amazing Droitwich Spa Model Boating Club. The model boats were a huge hit and thoroughly enjoyed by all! 🚣‍♂️🧗‍♀️⛵
