🎉🎪 Our car park looked a little different yesterday!

It was transformed into a Car Park Carnival - a space filled with fun, bringing colleagues together for an afternoon of games, laughter and team spirit 🤗

The event was a great chance for colleagues to take a short break from their work day for some friendly competition and plenty of smiles. It was fab to see the buzz the event brought to Broad Lea House 😊

👏 A brilliant afternoon of fun with wonderful people, and, in true FMG style, some foodie treats thrown in too!

Congratulations to Charlotte and Debbie who both celebrated 10 years of service with FMG this month!

Over the past decade, Charlotte and Debbie have helped support customers through some of the most important moments in their claims journey, while also supporting colleagues to deliver the best possible service every step of the way.

Thank you both for your dedication, commitment and everything you've contributed over the last 10 years. Congratulations on an incredible milestone and thank you for making a difference every day! 🙌💙

⚽ We’re still coming to terms that world cup fever is over… but what a time we had! ⚽

Throughout the tournament, our colleagues fully embraced our World Cup Takeover, bringing plenty of team spirit and friendly competition to FMG 🏆

🏟️ From decorating departments in the colours of the countries they drew in the sweepstake and sharing delicious fuddles, to sweepstakes, table football tournaments, score predictions, quizzes, keepy uppy challenges and much more, there was something for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make it a great few weeks. It's things like these that remind us that while we work hard every day for our customers, it's still important to make time to have fun together.

This month we’ve been celebrating some very special milestes across FMG 💙🎉

A number of colleagues have reached significant long-service anniversaries, a fantastic achievement and a real reflection of the expertise and dedication across our team 🙌

Among those celebrating this month are Tracy and Pooja who reached an incredible 20 years service, and Rue and Ryan celebrating 10 years… amazing milestones that deserve a big shout out!

Our long-serving colleagues continue to make a real impact every day, supporting teams, sharing their expertise, leading change and helping shape FMG for the better.

👟 A fantastic team of FMG colleagues laced up their trainers and took part in the Race for Life at Greenhead Park this weekend! 🏃

It was a hot one 🌞 but that didn’t stop the team, and their friends & family members, from absolutely smashing it, with some even scoring PBs!

Even better, the team has raised over £1,000 for Cancer Research UK, a cause that means so much to so many.

A huge well done to everyone who took part, amazing effort! 👏

🤩 Today’s the day! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

We have two FMG teams taking on the Race Across West Yorkshire in support of Forget Me Not Children's Hospice 💜

🚈🚌 The FMGeezas (Ronnie & Seamus) and Only Fools, No Horses (Will & Ash) are racing against teams from other local businesses on foot or public transport, finding checkpoints along the way!

After an incredible performance last year with two FMG teams finishing in the top 3 👏, the big question is… can we do it again this year? 👀

Wishing both teams the very best of luck – we’re all behind you! 🙌
