Z Theatre Company has been running for 37 years and has been a springboard for many successful graduates of the University of Hull. We are an independently funded company so aim to raise as much of the money that we need to go as possible. When our members are not rehearsing or studying, they are busy fundraising, concocting and hosting all sorts of events to fund getting their shows to the Fringe
. Some of our favourite events include: Z Killer, Cocktail Parties, Pub Quizes, Man Auctions and many more . . . Performing at the Fringe is an amazing opportunity and some come to Hull purely because they've heard of Z. Many say it's the best 2 weeks of the summer. What makes Z Theatre Company special is our legacy; knowing that you are part of a long running company, following in the footsteps of those Hullians who have come before. So come to Hull, come to Edinburgh. If you are finishing school and looking at drama in higher education, then we highly recommend applying to Hull.
