We are going to have our first get together on Friday 15th, 8pm at Trevor(Furness college pub) and go to different bars on campus with a possibility of going to town for some club fun! Hope to see you there and don't forget to bring your smile:D

For our last event of the term we are hosting a quiz night followed by hustings where you will be able to run for and elect the exec of 2021/22!

The prize of the quiz is a £10 gift voucher for Scandi Kitchen, the best shop for you to get your scandi food while in the UK! 🏆

The positions in the exec are the following:
President
Vice-President/Secretary
Treasurer
Health and Safety
Marketing
Socials

You can run for more than one position (except if running for President) and please message the society if you're considering running for a role, or if you have any questions.

The quiz and exec elections will take place on our usual Teams group, starting at 7pm on Thursday.

Happy New Year! 🎆 We hope you've had a great start to 2021 already, and a lovely Christmas for those who celebrate! We also hope to see you again (online and hopefully soon in person) for our scandi soc events next term (updates on that coming soon 🎅🏻)

We hope you're all coping well with the lockdown. Starting this Friday we will be having chill meetings every other week to chat, maybe play some games, and have a few drinks (alcohol is of course optional) in place of our usual bar meetups. Some Fridays might be different, such as movie nights or quiz nights, but we'll be sure to let you know beforehand what's happening.

Hopefully this will make lockdown a bit more enjoyable, and we hope to see you all in person as soon as it's safe.

This Friday we're meeting at 7pm on Teams, hope to see you there.😊
