From structural engineers to bioengineers, materials scientists to aerodynamicists, we’re united by a shared passion for tackling real-world challenges. We’re proud to be one of the broadest, most diverse, and friendliest engineering communities in the UK. Our research and teaching span areas like communications, energy, manufacturing, bioengineering, sustainable materials, healthcare technologies, and more. We believe that our strength lies in our diversity, and we actively support and celebrate individuality within our community. In recent years, we’ve embarked on an exciting journey of growth and transformation — aiming to become world-leading in research excellence, inclusivity, and teaching innovation.
