The 0-19 PHINS Oral Health team are celebrating the 50th year of National Smile Month, running from 11 May to 11 June 2026.

As part of this, the Oral Health team will be joined by 0-19 PHINS HENRY practitioners at Thackray Museum of Medicine on Tuesday 26 May and Friday 29 May 2026, from 10.00-13.00.

Families can:
>Receive oral health advice and education.
>Collect free oral health resources.
>Enjoy fun, child‑friendly activities.
>Find out more about HENRY, a free, universal programme for parents and carers of children aged 0-5 delivered across Leeds that supports families with topics such as healthy eating, mealtimes, physical activity, behaviour, sleep routines, and parental wellbeing, helping give children the best start in life.

🌟 Free Parent & Baby Sessions
We are delighted to share some fantastic upcoming sessions from the My First 1000 Days team at the University of Leeds.
These are designed to be flexible, standalone sessions for expectant parents and those with new babies.
Whether you want to attend one or both, these expert-led groups are a wonderful way to meet other local parents in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.

Tuesday 5th May: Parental Conflict and Support
Tuesday 12th May: Coping with Stress and Self-Care
📍 The Details: Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Where: The Vinery Centre, Leeds, LS9 9LU
Cost: Completely FREE!
