We are writing to you to inform you of how Environmental Systems & Services UK Limited are responding to the evolving COVID-19 outbreak.
Environmental Systems & Services UK Ltd Directors and staff continue to monitor UK and Scottish government advice and are meeting regularly to review our policies and plan accordingly.
Our priorities are to our staff and customers and we plan to continue to deliver a high-quality service throughout the current situation.
To minimise the risk to our staff and customers we are taking a number of precautions and mitigating action including:
Reiterating good personal hygiene for all staff
• Increasing our daily cleaning on our office and work vehicles
• Communicating and updating our supply chain to mitigate any delays
• Working with all our staff to ensure they are aware of government protocols at all times
• Minimise contact wherever possible

Could you please contact Environmental Systems as soon as possible if we have a scheduled visit arranged/planned installation and you are self-isolating or concerned about our attendance and you wish to reschedule the visit.

We will continue to provide our services and try to keep any disruption to a minimum until the government stipulate otherwise.
