Open Languages at the University of Liverpool is hosting a meet the tutors for students to discuss any issues they have about their Open Languages course. Tutors will be on hand to help you decide what language and, what level is suitable for you. The even takes places on Thursday 15 January, 4 - 6pm at 1 - 7 Abercromby Square, The Language Lounge.

There is no prior booking required, just turn up when it suits you, and speak to a tutor.

Women of Achievement in the 18th Century

Discover the remarkable achievements of women who shaped literature, art, and culinary culture in the 18th century. Women of Achievement: Authors, Cooks and Painters in the 18th Century is a short, engaging course exploring figures such as pioneering writers, influential cookery authors, and accomplished painters within their social and historical contexts.

Delivered over three afternoon sessions at Ness Botanic Gardens, this course offers fresh perspectives on women’s creativity and contribution in the long eighteenth century.
