SRUC Oatridge campus horticulture & landscape department are for the first time holding a virtual open day.

Holding Open Days is very difficult at the moment, under Covid limitations due to this we are being versatile and our very first virtual open day will take place on the 17th of June at 11am.

Yesterday our NC horticulture with garden design had the pleasure of visiting castlecary depot to talk everything natural stone. This is great for a design point of view as the students will be able see in real life the size, colour and textures of materials selected for their own designs.

All our courses here at SRUC oatridge campus have garden design units included.
Whether your studying any of the following -

National certificate in horticulture with landscape construction.

National certificate in horticulture with garden design.

Higher national certificate in landscape management.

Higher national certificate in horticulture.

You will receive training on how to survey and measure out a site which will allow you to transfer all of the details onto paper meaning you can produce a scale drawing.
