A Photo taken in 1987 in the city of Zabsha, Poland.
It captures a moment after a constant 23-hour heart transplant surgery. . Back then, there was no advanced equipment to monitor the doctors' every move. The surgery was done by a highly skilled Polish heart surgeon, Zbigniew Religa.
In the photo, he looks exhausted as he checks how the new heart is working. . If you look closely, you can see his tired assistant sleeping in the corner on the far right. The man on the operating table is Tadeusz Zhitkevich, a teacher.

In 1987, he had severe heart failure. By then, he had already survived three heart attacks. At around 60 years old, doctors told him that someone his age wouldn't survive such a complex operation.
But Zhitkevich couldn’t walk anymore, so he wrote a letter to Dr. Religa asking for help.
The surgery was successful.

The teacher lived for another 30 years and passed away at the age of 91. He even outlived Dr. Religa by 8yrs.

Most people don’t miss business because they lack intelligence.
They miss it because understanding usually arrives after the window has closed.

At the beginning of a business, nothing looks impressive.
No certainty. No applause. No “proof.”
Just questions, discomfort, and numbers that don’t yet make sense. Just a few displaying resilience.

That’s why people wait.

They wait until the business has structure.
Until the founder has clarity.
Until the risk looks smaller.
Until the story is already obvious.

But by then, it’s often too late.

When Uber started, it looked like a risky taxi experiment.
When Paystack launched, online payments in Nigeria were still “optional.”
When small farmland cooperatives were forming quietly years ago, land was still cheap, food inflation wasn’t frightening yet, and agriculture wasn’t “sexy.”

Today, everyone understands those businesses.
But understanding came after ownership opportunities passed.
After influence shifted.
After early access closed.

This is the pattern.

The beginning of a business is not designed to be understood by everyone.
If it were, the advantage would disappear.

Understanding always lags behind opportunity.

As the numbers rise, the chances of long-term stability drop—fast.

But here’s the real question we refuse to dodge:

If every single one of them passed through quality education—from childhood to adulthood—what do you think the chances would be, even for these informal careers?

We won’t answer that for you.

We’ll tell you the truth instead.

If your investment focus is on anything other than quality education for the majority, you are not fixing society—you are delaying a collapse.

Because every child denied proper education today is a future problem for your own children tomorrow.

Not by accident.
By design.

The odds are frightening—almost 1000 : 7.
YES! For every 7 children enjoying quality education in Nigeria today, there are at least 1000 others with bad education or no eduction at all. If that is not frightening to you, then what is?

I attended the best university in Nigeria for 2026—and it has been among the best for many years.
What a constancy. What a reputation. What a legacy.

However, something stood out.

The best university in Nigeria today is sadly ranked over 750 in the world.

Unbelievable… right?

That moment forced me to pause—not in criticism, but in reflection.

Let’s digress a little.

Covenant University and Landmark University are both privately owned institutions. Some of our federal universities can comfortably birth them—some can even be their grandparents in age. Yet, despite youth and limited history, these private institutions have climbed to the top of the ladder in Nigeria.

Not by accident.
Not by noise.
