We are calling for submissions to our final edition of the Law and Business Journal for the academic year 2021/2022! 🤩 If you wish to write an article and be featured (with full credits given!), send your article to us at [email protected] ✍️

In this final edition, we are looking for anything you are interested in and passionate on writing an article about, as long as it concerns either law or business, and is in line with the aims of our society! 👥 ⚖️ 📈

We are hosting Ana Maria Taluta, a QMUL graduate with a training contract at Dechert LLP, and Victor Pierre, a QMUL graduate currently working as a fund lawyer at White & Case, to come and speak about the commercial law experience 📈⚖️

The careers event will focus on the process of getting a training contract, as well as what experiences people can and should undergo if they want to become a commercial solicitor 📊👥 It’s gonna be our last academic event of the year for those who want to find out about getting training contracts as applications open around August/September, so if this applies to you, be sure to attend! 🎯‼️

In this collaborative event with and we will be joined by a panel of five lawyers and two graduate recruiters from leading law firm, Clyde & Co! ⚖️📈

The event will include a presentation on Intellectual Property, one of the firms specialist sectors, as well as a panel discussion on graduate opportunities with trainees and graduate recruitment! 👥📤

Not only that, but there will be a networking opportunity at the end with the lawyers at the firm and complimentary food and drinks. 👩🏽‍💼🧑🏻‍💼👨🏿‍💼
