My romance with photography has been going on for many years, so I am constantly in love. Moments, these most elusive ones, I try to save from falling into oblivion by enclosing them into frames. I take photos simply because I can’t paint. Photography is my own and non-verbal statement on a person or surrounding reality. I can remember my father taking photos of us when I was a toddler – it was something and I liked it so much. Once, in the attic I found an old Zenit camera and I started taking photos of literally everything. It took me a while to realise that I am the most interested in capturing people. Back then I was spending my entire days locked away in a darkroom. Before I got keen on photography though I was fascinated with music and started playing the guitar at the end of primary school. Then the rock&roll kicked it. Soon after photography entered my life it somehow made me feel complete. After I got a degree in English & sociolinguistic in my mid 20s I've moved to Nottingham, UK. Some time afterwards I met the most beautiful woman ever, Ewa :) Two years later we are family, living in South London. We got married on 7th of August 2010. I love taking photos & meeting people.
