We are delighted to welcome Deepa Shah to the Montessori Apprentice Academy team as our Operations Support Officer.

Deepa brings over 15 years of Early Years experience to the role, alongside a BA in Education and a Montessori Diploma. Throughout her career, she has successfully led teams as a Nursery Manager, supporting high-quality childcare and education across a range of settings.

Passionate about nurturing the next generation of Early Years professionals, Deepa is a strong advocate for apprenticeships and the opportunities they provide for developing skilled, confident practitioners.

With extensive experience in both Montessori and EYFS environments, Deepa’s knowledge, dedication, and commitment to excellence make her a fantastic addition to our growing team.
