Do you live in London? Do you have a child aged 18 months old or younger? Are you interested in how activities at bedtime influence a child’s sleep and attention?

We are looking for caregivers and their child to take part in a 7-week trial where you may be asked to change some of your child’s activities in the hour before bed 💤

If selected for the trial, you will be asked to complete some online questionnaires, track your child’s physical activity and sleep, and make two visits to the Birkbeck Babylab👶where your child will take part in some fun activities with our research team!

All caregivers who sign up will have a chance of winning a *£100 voucher*. If you are selected for the trial and complete it, you will be given a *£30 voucher* and some other toys, games and thank you gifts for you and your child 🎁
