Scotland has ZERO NHS Trusts. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Yes, you read that correctly.

Unlike England, NHS services in Scotland are delivered through 14 territorial NHS Health Boards—not NHS Trusts.

So, if you’re looking for NHS jobs in Scotland, search by Health Board.

Some of the major Health Boards include:

🏥 NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde
🏥 NHS Lothian
🏥 NHS Grampian
🏥 NHS Lanarkshire
🏥 NHS Tayside
🏥 NHS Highland

Don’t ignore the smaller rural and island Health Boards either. They may advertise roles that are more difficult to fill.

However, remember:

A Health Board holding a sponsor licence does not mean every vacancy offers visa sponsorship.

Before applying, always check:

✅ The role and salary
✅ The relevant occupation code
✅ Professional registration requirements
✅ The person specification
✅ The sponsorship wording in the vacancy

In my live webinar, I’ll explain how to search for NHS Scotland jobs, which Health Boards and locations to research, and how to assess whether a vacancy may qualify for sponsorship.

Comment “WEBINAR” below, and I’ll send you the registration details.

🚨 SCOTLAND JUST PROPOSED 3 NEW VISA ROUTES.
And if you’re an international graduate in the UK, #3 is the one you need to know about.
The proposed Scottish Graduate Visa could give eligible graduates from Scottish universities up to 2 extra years in the UK after their Graduate Visa.
And the proposal includes:
→ No salary threshold
→ No job required
→ Time to gain experience and build towards a longer-term route
But there’s one VERY important thing to understand:
You cannot apply for it today.
These are proposals — not new visa routes you can use yet.
And honestly, that’s why I think the bigger question is:
If you’re serious about staying and building your career in the UK, what should you actually be doing NOW?
That’s exactly what I’m covering inside my LIVE UK Job Masterclass.
NHS • NON-NHS • GTV • SPONSORSHIP
I’m exposing the UK job market in full — and I’m not holding back.
📅 20 September 2026
⏰ 12 PM UK
If you’re genuinely serious about taking advantage of opportunities like this, DON’T MISS THIS.

In the last three months, many of my mentees have secured jobs—including roles offering visa sponsorship. 🎉

This wasn’t luck.

It came from:

✅ Proper planning
✅ A focused job-search strategy
✅ Targeting suitable roles and employers
✅ Creating stronger applications
✅ Understanding what recruiters are looking for
✅ Preparing properly for interviews

If you want to take advantage of the September hiring period, now is the time to review your approach.

On 20 September, I’m hosting a live webinar where I’ll break down the practical strategies and frameworks followed by my successful mentees.

I’ll cover:

👉 NHS and non-NHS opportunities
👉 Finding employers offering sponsorship
👉 CV and application strategies
👉 Getting shortlisted
👉 Interview preparation
👉 Skilled Worker, Global Talent and other relevant routes
👉 Common mistakes holding candidates back

Don’t wait until your visa is about to expire before changing your strategy.

September is here. And if you’re an international graduate looking for a UK job, I wouldn’t waste the next few weeks applying randomly.

There’s a lot happening in the UK job market right now.

But the biggest mistake is thinking:
‘’I just need to find more vacancies.”

You don’t.

You need to know:

→ Which jobs are actually worth targeting
→ Which employers to approach
→ Where sponsorship fits
→ How to get shortlisted
→ How to approach NHS + non-NHS employers
→ Whether routes like Global Talent could make sense for you
→ And what to do next

That’s exactly what I’m breaking down LIVE on *20 September*.

*NHS. Non-NHS. Global Talent. Skilled Worker. Scale-up. Applications. Sponsorship. Interviews.*

I’m not giving you another generic “how to get a UK job” webinar.

*I’m revealing the actual strategy.*

And I’m also showing you the exact guidance and strategy people from my previous training followed to start getting interviews, offers and sponsored roles.

If you’re serious about landing a UK role in 2026, *this is the time to get your strategy right.*

*Comment “PEAK” and I’ll send you the registration details.*

Ten Scottish council areas may need workers like you—and most jobseekers are ignoring them. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Data from the National Records of Scotland shows that ten council areas have experienced population decline since 2010.

With fewer working-age residents and an ageing population, these areas may need more people across sectors such as:

✅ Healthcare and social care
✅ Engineering and construction
✅ Energy and renewables
✅ Manufacturing
✅ Essential services

But let me be clear: population decline does not automatically guarantee you a job or visa sponsorship.

You still need to understand:

👉 Which areas to target
👉 Which sectors have genuine demand
👉 Which employers hold Sponsor Licences
👉 Whether your role and salary meet visa requirements
👉 How to apply with the right strategy

In my live webinar on 20 September, I’ll reveal all ten areas and explain the complete Scotland job-search and sponsorship strategy.

Exploited Skilled Workers Can Leave Their Sponsor | New UK Visa Rule 2026

Can a Skilled Worker leave an abusive or exploitative sponsor without losing their UK visa?

From 8 October 2026, Skilled Worker visa holders who are formally recognised as victims of modern slavery may have their visa conditions changed—allowing them to work for another employer for the remainder of their existing permission.

However, this protection is not automatic and does not apply to ordinary workplace disagreements.

In this video, I explain:

✅ Who may qualify under the new UK Immigration Rules
✅ What could be considered serious workplace exploitation
✅ How the National Referral Mechanism—or NRM—works
✅ Reasonable Grounds vs Conclusive Grounds decisions
✅ How to contact an authorised first responder
✅ What evidence you should safely retain
✅ When your Skilled Worker visa conditions may be changed
✅ Why you should not start working elsewhere without official confirmation

Examples of possible exploitation may include withheld wages, threats, passport confiscation, forced labour, debt bo***ge, abusive working conditions and restrictions on your freedom.

If you believe you are being exploited, contact the free and confidential Modern Slavery Helpline:

🚨 SCOTLAND NEEDS MIGRANTS.

While most international candidates are competing for jobs in London, Birmingham and Manchester, some parts of Scotland are actively trying to attract more people.

That doesn’t mean Scotland has a special visa or that every job comes with sponsorship.

But it does mean your UK job search shouldn’t stop at the obvious cities.

There are specific Scottish regions, employers and job boards worth knowing if you’re looking for work in the UK.

I’m hosting a Webinar regarding Job Search Guide in UK 2026 with the areas to target, employers to research, job boards, sponsorship checks, salary rules - and much more.

Your visa should never be used to trap you in an exploitative job.

From 8 October 2026, Skilled Workers who receive a positive Conclusive Grounds decision through the National Referral Mechanism may have their visa conditions changed—allowing them to work elsewhere for the remainder of their existing permission.

But please remember: this is not automatic, and it does not apply to ordinary workplace disagreements. You must follow the official NRM process first.

While many UK headlines focus on reducing immigration, one Scottish town is actively trying to attract more migrants. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Greenock, in Inverclyde, has experienced a serious population decline. The local council has therefore introduced a repopulation strategy that includes attracting migrants and welcoming people who have been granted refugee status.

But please understand this carefully:

❌ This is not a new visa route
❌ It does not guarantee a sponsored job
❌ You should not relocate without proper research

However, this story carries an important message for immigrants searching for UK opportunities:

Don’t limit your job search to London, Birmingham or Manchester.

Smaller towns and less competitive regions may also offer opportunities—but always research:

✅ Local vacancies and employers
✅ Visa sponsorship availability
✅ Eligibility requirements
✅ Housing and cost of living
✅ Transport and long-term career prospects

Want more details about Greenock and the repopulation strategy?

Comment “SCOTLAND” below, and I’ll send the information to your DM.
