On this World Mental Health Day, we are joining the global community to ‘Make Mental Health and Wellbeing for All a Global Priority’.

The maritime industry is particularly challenged by the topic of mental health, and managers play a pivotal role in making lasting positive changes to improve the wellbeing of their crews, including increased monitoring of the potential for poor mental health, and providing education and support.
