Roehampton Alumni Roehampton is one of the newest universities in the UK, having been established in 2004.

Roehampton is a small, friendly, collegiate community where students can live, learn and socialise together on a beautiful and historic campus in southwest London. At the same time, through our four Colleges which have come together to found the University, we have a proud and distinguished history dating back to the 1840s, particularly in the field of Childhood Studies and Education. Our Colleges

were also among the first colleges of higher education in the country to admit women. That tradition of commitment to equality continues to be part of the University's Vision and to the ethos of Roehampton, which has one of the most diverse communities of students in the UK.

Join us for Cyber Education 2022, a collaborative conference between the University of Roehampton and CISSE UK. The conference aims to bring together higher education professionals and teachers in a shared space to explore how we can improve Computer Science and Cyber Security in Education.

Conference highlights include a Keynote from Maggie Philbin CEO of Teen Tech. Teen Tech runs a series of events which prepare young people for careers in STEM. In June 2016 Maggie was voted most influential women in UK IT by Computer Weekly as well as being named Digital Leader of the Year. There will also be sessions hosted by NCSC, UWE and a call for speakers to present lighting talks on the theme of ‘Cyber Education Collaboration’.

After 30 years, a group of volunteers have revived Barnes Football Club, one of the oldest football clubs in England and a founding member of the FA. Following a successful fundraising campaign, they are now recruiting players for their senior men's team.



One of Barnes FC main goals is to impact the local community and they are looking for Roehampton alumni, students and faculty interested in becoming part of that.
