What does leadership look like in an unpredictable world?
This week, Bayes MBA students took part in our flagship elective, the Bayes MBA London Symposium, exploring this year’s theme: Visionaries at Work: Rethinking Leadership in an Unpredictable World.
Across four days, students gained behind-the-scenes access to leading organisations, brands and institutions shaping the future of business, technology, finance, sport and culture through thought-provoking talks, site visits and new networking opportunities.
From discussions on leadership in the age of AI with speakers from PwC, Microsoft and Accenture to conversations on entrepreneurship, investment and reinvention, students heard from leaders navigating complexity in real time.
Highlights included visits to Microsoft, UBS, CBRE, Fabric, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Kia Oval, alongside inspiring sessions from globally recognised leadership expert René Carayol MBE, polar explorer Ben Saunders, StudioCanal UK CEO Katheryn Needham, and many more.
A huge thank you to all the speakers, hosts and organisations who welcomed our MBA students throughout the week and shared invaluable insights on strategy, innovation, talent, and leadership in a rapidly changing world.
