Inspired by the co-working trend in Brooklyn, San Fran and Belgrade (and also in tech circles around East London's 'silicone roundabout'). Wondering if there is anything like this for artists and freelance creatives in London - not just studios, but something like http://makeshiftsociety.com or http://www.studiomakkinkbey.nl/list/studio/nikkelstraat_763/768. Trying to create a bit of this atmosphere at 55 Gracechurch Street at the moment with our resident artists. There will be a chance for a few extra people to use the main space as a communal project space from 20th november for a few weeks if people have specific (non-messy) projects they want to pursue in an open plan environment. Art loves togetherness.

235 Gough Street, between Fell and Oak. Open M-F 9am-6pm. Apply now for membership or drop by anytime for a tour. Opening in Brooklyn in 2014! Stay up to date with our Brooklyn-specific newsletter. Interested in becoming a member in Brooklyn? Let us know here.
