Vacancy! Reception/Training Administrator
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pitman Training Learning Coach, you will be primarily responsible for:
*Overseeing and co-ordinating a diary of e-assessment contracts, seeking opportunities to maximise these where possible.
*Ensuring that all our learners are supported, motivated and encouraged to achieve their full potential and build their confidence to succeed.
You will be responsible for the following tasks on a daily basis:
*Manage, download, administer and invigilate high stake examinations, ensuring all policies are adhered to
*Act as a first point of contact to learners and exam candidates for any queries
*Provide support and handle all queries in relation to their studies, ensuring resolution
*Be aware of student welfare, developing rapport and celebrating success
*Motivate and encourage people to help them reach their career and training goals.
*Monitor progress, identify any learning barriers and explore options to aid completion
*General administration and record keeping, ensuring high levels of accuracy
*Attain specific performance KPIs to ensure the highest standards and performance
*Assist with the continued generation of content for social media platforms
*Share in the responsibility of the day to day running of the Learning Hub
*Ensure the Learning Hub is always welcoming, organised and tidy

You will be working closely with the Learning Centre Manager and wider team to maintain standards and continuously improve our service.

About You
To succeed and enjoy the role, above all, you will have a genuine interest in people and a passion to help others. You will also have some or all of the following:
*Experience in administration, especially in a customer-focused environment
*A thirst for variety, problem solving skills and a healthy dose of initiative
*Confidence in using IT, proficiency in Microsoft Office and a desire to learn more
*Good communication across all media – face-to-face, telephone and written work
*Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
*Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work with little supervision
*A healthy team spirit but able to work with little supervision
It would be a bonus if you have any accounting, medical or legal knowledge and if you don’t yet have a Pitman Training Diploma you will have the opportunity to study for one, fully funded up to a value of £4,000. On the job training will also be provided.
Hours of work
Employment terms to be agreed
Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
One Saturday a month – 10am – 4pm
When we get really busy and there is demand for evening then we will open one or two evenings, however will operate a rota system.
