*** ESL Representative at BAM Conference 2025

We are delighted to share that Dr. K. Santayana represented Elizabeth School of London at the British Academy of Management (BAM) Conference 2025, hosted by the University of Kent.
BAM is the leading authority in the academic field of management in the UK, supporting and representing the community of scholars while engaging with international peers.
At the conference, Dr. Santayana co-delivered a presentation in person and submitted a paper as Co-Author alongside Dr. Ahmmed Khondokar Farid (Regent College London) and Professor J. P. Tamvada (Kingston University).
In addition, Dr. Santayana had the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions with several distinguished representatives from various countries, including Prof. Ashley Braganza (Brunel University) and Prof. Pawan Budhwar (Aston University, Chair of the BAM Fellows’ Session on Developments in Artificial Intelligence, Higher Education and Role of BAM).

🎓 Celebrating Excellence at ESL Holborn! 🌟

On 16 July, 2025, we proudly hosted the Award Giving Ceremony at our Holborn Campus, where exceptional students were honoured with the Dean’s Award and Provost’s Award. This is the first project in ESL to recognise students' achievement.

👏 Congratulations to our award winners for your dedication and achievements. Hope it will inspire all ESL students in their academic journey and future employment.

Warm thanks to Dr. K. Santayana, Academic Dean for organising this project and Prof. Ian Luke PhD PFHEA., (Ex- Provost for ESL and current CAO for PEN) and Mr Junaid (ESL Provost) for their inspiration and continued support. Massive thanks to Chinmoy Ghosh & Mohammad Zinnah (Apu) for all logistic supports, Mr Md Arifur Rahman (COO for PEN) for sponsoring the special Project; equally we thank all PAMs, CAMs and ESL team members to make this project successful.
