We are sorry to let you know that our Riverston School Open Day on Thursday 18th June has unfortunately had to be cancelled.

We know many families were planning to join us and we understand this may be disappointing. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you were hoping to visit Riverston School, we'd still love the opportunity to welcome you. Alternative Open Morning sessions are available to book via our website, where you can meet our team, explore our learning environment and find out more about life at Riverston.

💙 Community Information for Parents, Carers and Family Members 💙

At Riverston School, we are pleased to share information about a local support group for autistic adults and those exploring whether they may be autistic.

The Adult Autism Social Group, hosted by Bromley's All-age Autism Partnership, offers a welcoming and relaxed space to meet others with similar experiences, share thoughts and learn more about autism in adulthood.

✨ No diagnosis is required to attend.

This group may be particularly helpful for adults who:
✔️ Have received a later-life autism diagnosis
✔️ Are exploring the possibility of being autistic
✔️ Feel they may have been masking their autistic traits
✔️ Would like to connect with others in a supportive environment

🌟 **Inclusive Multi-Sport SEND Festival – Opportunity for Families** 🌟

We wanted to share an exciting opportunity available to our Riverston families!

The **Lewisham Disability Sports Network** is hosting an **Inclusive Multi-Sport SEND Festival** for disabled young people aged **5–25 years**, giving participants the chance to try a range of inclusive sports and activities in a supportive environment. 🏃‍♂️⚽🏀

📅 **Date:** Saturday 27 June
🕑 **Time:** 2:00pm – 4:00pm
📍 **Location:** Alex Yee Ladywell Arena, SE6 4QX

This is a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, try new activities and connect with local community sport providers. All abilities are welcome, and sessions will be adapted to meet participants’ needs.

At Riverston School, we understand that finding the right information and support for children and young people with SEND can sometimes feel overwhelming. We wanted to share a helpful resource available to families: Greenwich SENDIASS (Special Educational Needs & Disability Information, Advice and Support Service).

Their resources include support and guidance around:
