YOGA TESTIMONIAL
'The most tangible result, I have seen from yoga is my flexibility. I have annual ‘well-being’ assessments with work and one of the things they look at is scoring spine/ posture and flexibility. My spine went from a low 2 out of 5 to a high 4 out of 5 in a year! Yoga has also helped my squash by means of improved core strength and balance, in addition to better concentration. On top of that, I am stronger and this helps with the running and cycling that I do. Yoga classes have had a really beneficial impact on my everyday life. Mentally, I am very affected by yoga in a way that I am not by any other activity and it leaves me feeling incredibly refreshed and re-vitalised”.
