'The most tangible result, I have seen from yoga is my flexibility. I have annual ‘well-being’ assessments with work and one of the things they look at is scoring spine/ posture and flexibility. My spine went from a low 2 out of 5 to a high 4 out of 5 in a year! Yoga has also helped my squash by means of improved core strength and balance, in addition to better concentration.
