We’re really excited to announce we’ve partnered with to open doors to top-tier careers in finance.

Every year, we propel over 10,000 ambitious students into uni, work and life. But we know that breaking into financial services still isn’t a level playing field. That’s what this partnership changes.

ReadyBridge was founded by finance veterans Daniel Gordon and John McConnell with one goal: equip students from all backgrounds with the knowledge, confidence and resilience to land careers in finance. Together, we’re building a pipeline of exceptional, career-ready candidates from our membership. Selected, trained and mentored to be business-ready from day one.

Our members have already secured roles at HSBC, Lloyds, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, KPMG and more. This partnership accelerates that.

Thousands of young people across north London have the talent to succeed. What they’re missing is the opportunity.

We’re happy to announce our partnership with to help change that. 🤝

Through this partnership, young people in the Foundation’s community will get access to Zero Gravity’s career upskilling and mentoring opportunities, giving them the tools and guidance to go further, faster. And for professionals in the Foundation’s network, there’s now a direct route to help level the playing field by mentoring the next generation. Because knowing the right people shouldn’t depend on where you grew up.

🌟Huge congratulations to our £500 Career Fuel winner!

Paschal is a Year 12 student from Northampton with big ambitions to become a chemical engineer, and he’s already taking serious steps to make it happen.

Since joining Zero Gravity, he’s found careers support that’s opened his eyes to real opportunities across sectors, alongside a community that’s active, welcoming, and full of people who actually show up for each other.

But the biggest game changer has been mentoring. Being matched with someone who shares his goals but is further ahead has given him clarity, confidence, and a real plan. From revision techniques to thinking long term, it’s helped Paschal stay on track and push past hurdles that could’ve held him back.

💻He’ll be using his £500 prize to invest in resources to support his studies and keep building towards his future.

Chloe didn’t always see university in her future but discovering medicine changed her path. Since then, she’s completed a Foundation Year, transferred to Leeds Medical School, and become a mentor helping the next generation of healthcare students grow.

💻 She’ll be using her £500 prize to fund a trip to London in 2026, where she’ll present her dissertation at the British Neuropathology Society Meeting — a huge step toward her dream career.

From almost walking away from school to earning an unconditional offer from the University of Cambridge. 🎓

When Prima joined Zero Gravity, she was ready to give up on education. Through over 60 mentoring sessions with her mentor, she reignited her passion for engineering, all while facing challenges most people couldn’t imagine.

Now, Prima is a Zero Gravity Scholar, using her scholarship to fund research, attend global events, and scale her impact in engineering and education. 🌍

This is social mobility in motion: ambition, resilience, and opportunity coming together to change what’s possible.
