Join us for a HeadsUp x Rec Sport collab and feel the benefits of exercising outdoors! 🌳

There will be a 'Colour Walk' activity, encouraging you to notice and identify colours typically found in nature to help you notice the beauty around you! There will also be a 'Nature Photography Competition' where you will be tasked to capture moments from the hike and submit your photos with the chance to win prizes (so don't forget your phone/camera!).
