Last month we had the pleasure of supporting Arthritis UK at the London Marathon 🏅🙌

It was a fantastic experience for our students, who provided osteopathic treatment to the marathon runners supporting this amazing charity.

We are so proud of all involved!🌟 Thank you to for the opportunity to be a part of it!

This Mental Health Awareness Week, remember: your mental health matters. 💚

At the European School of Osteopathy, we understand the importance of supporting our students’ mental health and wellbeing throughout their studies. Alongside welfare support and counselling services, all students have access to our Student Assistance Programme, provided by Health Assured.

Through the programme and the Wisdom Wellbeing app, students can access a range of wellbeing resources designed to support both mental and physical health, including mindfulness tools, yoga videos, breathing techniques, mood trackers, mini health checks, and personalised 4-week wellbeing plans.

Students also have access to confidential counselling via telephone or video call, as well as a 24-hour emergency helpline whenever support is needed.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but support is always available, so no one has to face challenges alone.

It's day 5 of World Osteopathic Healthcare Week!

As Osteopaths, we're passionate about supporting our patients to move and feel better. Combining clinical knowledge with hands-on treatment, Osteopaths aim to address the root cause of discomfort, not just the symptoms.

At the ESO Clinic, we focus on delivering care that supports recovery, improves function, and helps prevent issues from returning.

In Part 2 of our alumni interview series, Phoenix Maas explains why she chose the European School of Osteopathy. For her, it was the diversity of training that stood out.

From structural techniques to cranial and visceral approaches, alongside hands-on experience in specialist clinics, the broad curriculum at the ESO has shaped the way she practices today.

By drawing on a wide range of techniques, Phoenix is able to tailor her treatments to each individual, because no two patients are the same.

If you're thinking of pursuing a rewarding career, the ESO may just be the place to start!

Sometimes, the most fulfilling careers are the ones you didn’t set out to pursue.

In Part 1 of our alumni interview series, Phoenix Maas shares how she hadn’t originally planned to become an Osteopath, despite growing up around the profession. It was only after spending time in her father’s clinic and seeing first-hand the impact of treatment on patients, that she realised it was the right path for her.

Today, Phoenix is a dedicated Osteopath and Functional Medicine practitioner, supporting her patients' health through a proactive, personalised approach to care.

This is the first in a series of short clips we’ll be sharing over the coming weeks. Follow along to hear more about Phoenix’s journey.
