Participants to take part in Understanding Anxiety in Older Adults Study - looking to understand how older people from different cultural backgrounds understand and experience anxiety.

To take part you must:
โœ… be aged over 65
โœ… have had experience of anxiety or stress, or consider yourself a โ€˜worrierโ€™

Taking part will involve a number of online interviews about your own understanding and experiences of anxiety.

We would like to interview people who are 65 years or older, describe themselves as โ€œworriersโ€ or experience anxiety, self-identify as being White British, South Asian, African or Caribbean and live in the UK to learn more about their experience with anxiety and how they cope with it.

Are you 65 years or older? Do you describe yourself as a โ€œworrierโ€ and would like to talk about your experience? If so, you may eligible to join our research study at The University of Manchester. This study aims to explore how White British, South Asian, African and Caribbean older people living in the UK understand anxiety and cope with it.
