Stop foreign aid, especially to nuclear powers, they will never fund the U.K. in its hour of need.

Stop ripping off the NHS with your smoke and mirrors ( I’ll give you a pound and you pay me ten back ), bu****it financing.

Build up our beleaguered Armed Forces.

Build more aircraft carriers, aircraft and Navy destroyers.

Pack you’re lazy arse ministers off to all corners of the globe in search of deals, and don’t allow them back without one.

Get British industry back into Africa offering up better deals than the Chinese before they concrete over the whole continent.

Stop over representing minority groups, the needs of the many out weight the needs of the few.

Stop ripping off our sick lame and lazy to fund illegal immigrants.

Reintroduce free speech, it should not be a crime to have an opinion.

Stop funding twitter police and get their fat arses back on the streets.

Jump all over and reconstruct the U.K. Border Farce and make them do their job.

In short ( MAKE BRITAIN GREAT AGAIN ) and if you need a few thousand good men to help you out, just give me a bell.

The Ronin Concepts Level 4 RAMCP (MIRA) course has been developed in response to client demand in both executive and hostile region theatres of operations. It also arms students who already have experience in Prehospital Care by achieving FPOSi with more advanced skills and knowledge to be able to manage casualties in remote environments for extended periods of time. The course focuses on stabilisation of the injured through to the knowledge and skills required for prolonged field care, the oil and gas industry; search and rescue personnel; expedition and exploration staff; Media teams deployed in hostile regions; medical support teams involved in disaster relief; humanitarian agencies; mountain rescue. At Ronin Concepts, understanding the mechanism of injury is paramount. Critically, when circumstances occur outside of the ordinary, Ronin Concepts RAMCP aims to provide the essential underpinning knowledge and skills to be able to dynamically risk asses a medical emergency. To prioritise, improvise, adapt and overcome the most complicated traumatic situations in the field for the benefit of injured colleagues and those it is your duty to protect.
In 5 days students will learn, practice and ultimately demonstrate competency in the following disciplines:
Management of injuries from road traffic collisions, ballistics and violent assaults. Oxygen Therapy. Intermediate and Advanced Airway Management including surgical airways. Life threatening chest injuries and management including needle decompression. Circulatory system and Haemorrhage control. Shock and fluid replacement (IV & IO). Head Injuries. Medical Emergencies. Fractures, dislocations and burns. Environment Illnesses. Remote area and prolonged patient care. Suturing. Thrombolysis Training. ET Tube. Intubation/advanced airway management to including surgical cricothyrotomy. ENT conditions. Eye conditions
