Brand new society coming for 2017,

To encourage and inspire women who aspire to enter a career in business. To aid and support each other with workshops, motivational speakers and job/internship opportunities. To meet like minded people through socials and networking events. Networking Events: Bringing inspirational and successful women into the university to converse and speak to our members, g

iving them advice and inform us on their own experiences. Socials: To organise social events for members to attend and meet other like minded women who will become future contacts as well as friends. Motivational speakers: We will organise motivational speeches to happen throughout the year for member to attend and get insight from other successful women. Workshops: To improve our CV's and Linked In accounts by proof reading each others as well as inviting professionals to give advice. Regular emails: To update our members on current issues and advances in the business world. To advertise job and internship opportunities in which could interest our members.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came out to our Galentine’s social. The turnout, the energy, the talent in that room... we couldn’t have asked for better. You guys made the night what it was.

As 2025 comes to a close, Women in Business just wants to say thank you.

This year was filled with growth, learning, connection, and so many unforgettable moments, and none of it would have been possible without you. From our events to our conversations, collaborations, and shared ambition, 2025 truly showed us the power of community.

We are so proud of how strong this year was and so grateful to everyone who showed up, supported one another, and helped make WIB what it is. Looking back at our 2025 highlights reminds us just how far we have come together.

As we step into 2026, we have so many exciting things brewing and cannot wait to bring even more opportunities, events, and moments your way. We hope you loved our 2025 events as much as we did, and we cannot wait to welcome you, and hopefully many new faces, in the year ahead.
