On Saturday, our YDP players had the opportunity to play in a tournament on the historic Elland Road stadium pitch. Our U15/16 finishes as runners-up and our U13/14 won it! A brilliant experience for all involved 🏆 👏 🔵

College Principal Ian Smith was delighted to visit Craiova, Romania this weekend to celebrate 10 years of partnership between Fly High and Brooke House.

It was a fantastic opportunity to mark this important milestone and strengthen the longstanding relationship between our organisations.

📚 We are proud to share that our Sociology teacher, Dr Ausra Bremner, recently presented at the Association for the Advancement of Baltic Studies conference, hosted by the University of Illinois.

Dr Bremner’s participation reflects the depth of academic expertise within our teaching community and our commitment to engaging with international research and scholarship.

Congratulations to Dr Bremner on this achievement and for representing Brooke House on the global academic stage.

Our Year 10 students explored linocuts and printmaking in Art, demonstrating fantastic imagination and original creative techniques. Meanwhile, Year 9 students continued developing their painting skills, producing impressive large-scale work with precise detail and care.

We also hosted two superb High Performance Learning assemblies, based on a presentation created by Branimir.

Our Key Stage 3 assembly was delivered brilliantly by Ife and Dee, with support from Jaydon and Ade. Year 10 students were inspired by Takuto and Gibran, assisted by Dallas and Branimir.

Both sessions were helpful, informative and highly engaging, finishing with a collaborative task that encouraged students to reflect on how the HPL philosophy is shaping them both in the classroom and on the football pitch. ⚽📚

🎉 Congratulations to Lucia and Williams, who attended a Gold Award Presentation at Buckingham Palace yesterday — a fantastic achievement and a proud moment for the Brooke House community! 👏👑

We are also celebrating the excellent work completed by our Year 7 & 8 students during their Healthy Eating Project. Students designed healthy party menus by applying their knowledge of nutrition, creativity, and teamwork. 🍎🥗

The two strongest menus were selected and presented to the College Head Chef Manager for consideration for the upcoming annual prize giving — an outstanding accomplishment for our young learners! 👏✨
