The NRX chassis has been stripped for parts and is available for anyone to take off our hands!! Will be a shame to see the first ever EV car to pass Formula Student scrutineering go to the tip, however it must make way for the NR14 car. Must be gone this week!

Well, our Committee roles for the 2020-21 academic year are now finally live within our team! 🥳
We are so excited to see what the next year brings for the next Committee, and only hope that they can bounce back from this madness that we are within! 🤯
Thank you again to all of the people who have liked, shared, or even just read/interacted with any one of these posts in the past academic year. This Society has grown so significantly this year and it is thanks to all our supporters on this page as well as our members for this growth, so we genuinely cannot thank you enough! ❣️
We have loved every second of being a Committee together and were all gutted that it was cut shorter than we would have liked! But once the Committee is all sorted for next year and University get's a little more back to normal, we know your support will still be here and we can't wait to share all our progress with you again! 🥰
We hope you are all staying safe and well, and this page will be back in the next academic year ready to recruit some more members/supporters and help us promote the fantastic Newcastle Racing even more! 🏎

The latest email to our members from the Committee is below... Stay safe and healthy everyone! 😔

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the silence once again... the Committee were trying really hard to organise some more events that were more relaxed for us all and some more meetings, but unfortunately everything has now been put on hold!
Sadly, the springtime ball that we had organised has now been cancelled, which wasn't an easy decision but just makes the most sense given the latest Government advice. As a consequence of this and moving forward, we will not be organising any more events or meetings for the foreseeable future in the hope that it means keeping as many people safe and away from this virus as possible. We are massively disappointed, but really feel that the health and safety of members needs to be our utmost priority and, therefore, to take this action is the only logical step.
As a society committee, we are still available should you have any fears/worries about the future, which seems so uncertain right now. I will let you all know more updates as and when possible and if there are any positive updates that mean we can organise some more events for you all. Otherwise though, if you do feel you need to reach out to anyone to answer any questions, offer any advice, or help someone with something where possible we will absolutely endeavour to do the best that we can for all of our members at this time - this absolutely includes non-society related issues. Any queries, therefore, please just reply to any of these emails or message us on our page.
Again, we are so sorry but really want you all, and more importantly your families and friends, to remain as fit and healthy as possible!
