Today is World Mental Health Day💙

Take a moment to check in with yourself and prioritise your mental wellbeing. Remember, it’s okay not to be okay, and you don’t have to face things alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

If you need someone to talk to or advice on where to turn, support is available through the NTSU Advice Service💙

Take care of yourself, and remember to check in on those around you, too🫶
