I am writing from the BBC’s Religion & Ethics documentaries team. We are currently working on a programme for BBC One exploring the physical, mental and spiritual effects of fasting during Ramadan.

I am looking for students who will be fasting whilst studying for and sitting exams, or anyone with a final project deadline during Ramadan this year. I wondered if you might be able to help me find someone who is willing to take part in the programme?

We would be looking to film them for 3-4 days spread across the period of Ramadan, to see how they react to fasting under academic pressures.

I would really appreciate if you could distribute this message to your members and see if anyone is interested in participating.
