Our CAS Art Club recently celebrated the completion of their first collaborative project with AT The Bus! ๐ณ๐จ
The celebration took place at one of the charity's hubs based at The Oxford Academy, and it was wonderful to see our students in conversation with invited guests, bringing the same creativity and care that shaped the project from the start.
The students led a series of collaborative workshops for families and friends from the Oxford Academy community, together contributing to a large-scale artwork inspired by the theme of "trees" - now proudly on display at the school. A huge effort, supported by Alice Usiskin, Therapeutic Arts Manager at AT The Bus, and made possible through a partnership developed with our IB Visual Arts teacher Francesca and Dr Juli Beattie OBE, founder and CEO of the AT The Bus charity.
The final chapter of this CAS initiative takes place this week, when the students will share their work with their IB27 peers and lead a fundraising effort in support of AT The Bus. ๐
