👉 Bringing Rivers Back to Life: Indigenous water management in Mexico, an event by Laudato Si' Research Institute , based at Campion Hall, Oxford.

Based on original fieldwork carried out in the territory of the Ayuuk (Mixe) people in the province of Oaxaca, southern Mexico, this lecture will explore the biophysical, spiritual, symbolic, epistemic and governance factors associated with initiatives to recover rivers as living ecosystems. 🐝 Happy World Bee Day from Campion Hall! 🌼

Campion Hall is delighted to mark with an update on plans for our own hive, which will be installed over the summer following the end of Trinity Term in collaboration with the .

As a community, we cannot wait to welcome the bees to the Hall and look forward to learning more about beekeeping and bee conservation in the months ahead.

At Campion Hall’s latest Integral Ecology Dialogue, in collaboration with Laudato Si' Research Institute , novelist Laline Paull, Revd Dr Peter Rožič, SJ, and Rev’d Dr Timothy Howles - hosted by Dr Austen Ivereigh - explored how bees can inspire new thinking on ecology, society, and even theology. Drawing on science, storytelling, and theology, the conversation highlighted the deep interconnections shaping our common home.

Congratulations to Dr Austen Ivereigh, Fellow in Contemporary Church History at Campion Hall, Oxford, on being awarded the prestigious Loyola Medal at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish, New York.

A leading writer, commentator, and biographer of Pope Francis, Dr Ivereigh’s work continues to shape global conversations on faith, leadership, and the role of the Church in contemporary society.
