As part of our Big Welcome activities this week, our School of Horticulture students visited Hidcote Manor Gardens. 🌿 🌻 🌳 🪴

Students were given an information sheet all about Hidcote and also received a talk from the team working there about the history of the estate and gardens. This all linked in to their initial assessment which they will carry out next week.

The visit also provided a fantastic time for students to socialise and get to know one another as they begin their journey with us at Pershore College.

As part of our Big Welcome activities this week, our School of Animal Science students visited All Things Wild! 🦫 🦓 🐿️ 🐊 🐍

Students were given an information sheet linked to their initial assessment next week, giving them the opportunity to explore the park and start gathering information to support their upcoming assessment.

The visit also provided valuable time for students to socialise and get to know one another as they begin their journey with us.

A great day of learning, exploring and making new friends!

What an incredible turn-out for The BIG Welcome at Pershore College this week! ☀️🚀

A massive thank you to all our new and progressive students who brought so much energy to campus. It was fantastic to see everyone making the most of the great weather, enjoying the sun across our beautiful outdoor grounds, and making new friends.

Here is a look at how our Pershore students celebrated this week:

Inspiring Principal Talks – Our Campus Principal took the stage to officially welcome our new cohort and set the tone for an exciting year ahead.

Outdoor Vibes & Friendship – Students relaxed in the sunshine, explored the stunning estate, and settled into campus life.

Guided Campus Tours – Groups took to the paths to scout out key facilities and make sure they feel confident and ready for week one.

Support from Day One – Students connected directly with our Welfare team and met with our GCSE Maths and English specialists to get everything lined up for the term ahead.

It’s been an unforgettable start to the term!
