Looking for a graduate role where you can make a real difference from day one?

You do not need previous policing experience to apply — graduates from all degree subjects are encouraged to apply.

As part of the programme, you could:
✔ Earn a starting salary of £31,164–£42,210
✔ Develop leadership and decision-making skills
✔ Work directly within communities across England and Wales
✔ Gain experience tackling issues including anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, knife crime and VAWG
✔ Receive ongoing coaching and career development support
✔ Access opportunities for secondments with organisations such as Accenture and the Home Office
