Workshops (Python, Linux, Forensics) “Open to those who don't do computing courses”
Christmas Meal
Interview Challenges, and a platform to apply for industrial placements

Hello IT Soc, it’s time for the first social of the year! The theme is white shirts, buy yourself a s**t white shirt, and some sharpies! (freshers Primark is your best friend) and get tallying those drinks, I’m sure your new friends will help put tasteful art on them as well. Your amazing social sec is even offering a free pint as a prize to the person committee deems with the best art.

WHERE: meet at dockyard for predrinks this will be followed up by a night at dirty disco in Astoria (currently tickets aren’t out online) so make sure to bring cash for entry

Hi everyone,

On Wednesday 17th March we will be having an event called 'Debate Talks'. Please come along and join, the topic is "Can algorithms be evil?". We will be having Nick Savage and Nadim Bakhshov speaking on the topic.

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well in lockdown and settling well into university. From all of us on the committee, we sincerely apologise for the recent lack of communication and activities from our society, as we too are struggling due to the COVID restrictions, but we have planned our first Lightning Talk of the year for Wednesday 18th November.
