As we prepare to say goodbye to our final year committee members with Summer exams around the corner and everyone else moving onto the next stage of uni, we’re excited to announce that you can now apply to be a part of the committee next year! 💙

🎤 ACOUSTIC NIGHT / OPEN MIC 🎤
🎙️Mabuhay everyone!
We are excited to announce that our annual ACOUSTIC NIGHT will be held this Friday 24th February in the Mondial (Union Room Two) ❤️

We hope you can join the kapamilya for a night of fun and good vibes~ We’ll have performances throughout the night and ending on a Filipino favourite, OPEN MIC / KARAOKE! 🇵🇭

⭐️ The event will be running from 6pm-10pm so have a filling meal beforehand :) feel free to bring snacks to the event!

So pucker up and grab a partner (or a friend) 👼🏻 because we’re sipping drinks, dancing and cruising on the love boat across River Thames tonight! 🛥️🥂

In collaboration between EIGHT universities, the Filipino societies of

Kent | Reading | Oxford Brookes | Birmingham | Surrey | Sussex | Warwick | Greenwich

Are inviting you to join us at our Valentine’s Boat Party on Sat. 11th February 2023 from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM! 💘
💌 Save the date! 💌

Our private love boat will include a bar and onboard seating with a DJ hosting hits from the 2000s, RnB, Afrobeats and more! Let's all have a good time! 🎶

The embarking of the vessel from Westminster Pier which will be at 8 PM
However, the latest arrival we can accept is 7:30 PM so please do come earlier!
Please DO NOT run on Filipino Time!!!
We have half an hour at the pier to register everyone on board, when the boat embarks at 8 PM we cannot accept later entries afterwards!

The vessel will be voyaging up and down the River Thames throughout the night, and there are no permitted stops during the hire. The boat will not disembark unless there is an emergency!!

‼️ Everyone attending is responsible for their own travel to and from London; if anyone is planning to stay the night, there are plenty of hotels near the pier and within walking distance :)
