A huge congratulations to Wendy Craig Tyler, pictured at Buckingham Palace where she received recognition for her outstanding long service to the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award as part of its 70th Anniversary celebrations. 👏

A retired Sport teacher at Scarborough Sixth Form College, Wendy delivered the DofE programme throughout her teaching career and continued volunteering long into her retirement. As a qualified DofE assessor, she has helped thousands of Scarborough students achieve their Gold Awards and create memories that last a lifetime.

Thank you, Wendy, for your dedication, commitment and the incredible impact you have made on generations of young people. 💙
